i really can’t say enough good things about this complex. Best place i’ve ever lived, monica (in the front office) is awesome & she goes above and beyond for the people who live here & the maintenance is really on top of things. i love it here!!!
By far the least friendly place i have lived at. They will have people park their cars in front of their garage near the entrance, the biggest problem with that is trying to park next to the side building. I almost hit every car and when i ask if something can be done about it they can’t give me a real answer as to why they can. Number one no one answer the phone number two. I have been over there to try to speak with someone about an apartment and no one is ever in the office. The office is always closed then you call no one answers you leave a message. You don’t get a call back so then I decided to explore The apartment grounds. It is like the hood meet section 8 meet dilapidated housing. There’s dry rot on the garage frames there’s dry rot everywhere. They’re missing windows and some of the units. I have recently moved in Canal's Edge. Monica, property manager, has been very help throughout the application process all the way to move in day. David has been quick to to handle any and all maintenance request we had since moving in. Neighborhood is quite and so far no issues with neighbors.
