No answer on calls or they never open I been waiting for response since 2022 I been leaving messages since then yall are unprofessional yall need to get it together
I have recently moved in Canal's Edge. Monica, property manager, has been very help throughout the application process all the way to move in day. David has been quick to to handle any and all maintenance request we had since moving in. Neighborhood is quite and so far no issues with neighbors.
I hate the way you are forced to have Spectrum as the Cable provider and all my family and I can watch is buffering on t.v. We should be allowed to choose our own service provider since we are paying for it. All the new owners at this place care about is money!
Neighborhood is peaceful and maintained no crime concerns. Response to interior maintenance is handled quickly.
