I had a great experience with this furniture store! The staff (Alegría & Claudia) was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. They were very accommodating and even gave me a discount, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for great furniture and excellent customer service! Thank you! Alegria & Claudia!
Patricia is super knowledgeable and helpful. She has answered all my questions regarding my purchase, it is clear she knows her inventory well!!! Alejandro was very helpful by helping us with all the information necessary to complete our purchase. Alejandro made sure the transaction was a breeze! Thank you Patty and Alejandro!
I never leave reviews, but Canales is a must. I 100% recommend. Patty was very nice, she was very attentive, nice, and professional from the moment we walked in. She helped us choose 3 bed room sets, living room set, and a dining set all for a great deal! She even offered us snacks while we shopped. Claudia was also very professional and nice helping us set a payment plan. Definitely check them out!
Excellent Service, professional staff. From the moment you enter their show room you are greeted and cordially invited to see their inventory of your interested product. Felt comfortable and open to share our likes and consider their recommendations. We found what we were looking for. Outstanding quality! Delivered as promised and the delivery guys were amazing! We have been Canales Furniture customers for years because of the opinion stated above. We always come back!
I loved the staff here. Alegría and Claudia made our time here great and great prices. Highly recommend!
