Caring and kind staff. Attentive and excellent handling of my 12 yr old son who needed a cast on his broken arm a little earlier than normal since he broke it a few days before 6th grade environmental camp. The staff has a magical positive environment!
The phlebotomists Missy did phenomenal with my boy. He has ASD. We went to the lab on the other side first and they tried to draw blood from both arms and couldn’t get it, but went to this lab and Missy got the vein on her first try. Definitely recommend 10/10. Front desk receptionist was sweet as can be. So all around great experience.

Been here several times since it opened. I've had the whole family here.
I took my 3 year old son here yesterday afternoon for a high fever, no appetite, and not acting like himself. They sent us home saying they couldn't find an issue and that it was probably just a virus. I took him to Fairfield Medical Center where they discovered he actually had Pneumonia. My family will not be using this urgent care in the future.
