This is definitely one of the best lease offices in the best suites to live in in the community. I am so grateful to be able to be a part of this community. It is definitely a 5 star to me. Carmelo ,leasing agent, is definitely doing his job. He reached out to me when my number came up for an apartment and I missed a call, and he reached out again. And I was able to get the unit i am so happy that I called back. and he does his job with such Grace. I'm happy to be a part of the community.
I was in the market for a new apartment in Worcester and I had called and the gentleman that I had spoken with. I believe his name was Carmelo was so professional so informative and he really made you guys number one on my list and I hope in the next couple of months, I will be a new tenant, and I will be able to thank him for all of, the work that he puts in
I have called probably close to 1000 times to inquire about an apartment for rent and I have left numerous voicemails and have not received a response back
They don't return calls and I literally been on the waiting list since the place opened.I reach out and get ignored
