Lived here for a year and regretted ever signing a lease. The apartment looks renovated but it is all just looks. If this apartment was inexpensive some of these things would be more reasonable, but for such a high price- ew. 1. Cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke throughout the building. I have a respiratory condition and besides email reminders that it was a smoke free building, nothing was done to manage the cigarette smoke. 2. Clean building and friendly environment
This is definitely one of the best lease offices in the best suites to live in in the community. I am so grateful to be able to be a part of this community. It is definitely a 5 star to me. Carmelo ,leasing agent, is definitely doing his job. He reached out to me when my number came up for an apartment and I missed a call, and he reached out again. And I was able to get the unit i am so happy that I called back. and he does his job with such Grace. I'm happy to be a part of the community.
I was in the market for a new apartment in Worcester and I had called and the gentleman that I had spoken with. I believe his name was Carmelo was so professional so informative and he really made you guys number one on my list and I hope in the next couple of months, I will be a new tenant, and I will be able to thank him for all of, the work that he puts in
I have called probably close to 1000 times to inquire about an apartment for rent and I have left numerous voicemails and have not received a response back
