This is my second consult with Dr.. Calem. Everyone in his office is very friendly. The office atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and I am never in the waiting area that long. Dr. Calem explains the plan of care and youŕ recovery step by step so you know exactly what to expect. He is not rushed and answered all of my questions. The receptionist are the same way they explain the insurance process and are not just pushing you through. Dr. Calem has a calming presence, gentle touch, and vast knowledge of his field. Karen took care of me for an intense cleaning, she was absolutely amazing. Incredibly kind and patient. 10/10 would recommend - especially if you suffer from high anxiety about dental visits.
Dr. Calem is very kind , understanding, he has great chairside manners. He listens to everything you have to say , tells you what is happening while the procedure is being done, which I greatly appreciate, he also is extremely gentle. His staff is great as well. Great periodontist! The best there is. The staff is wonderful. I drive 60 miles just to see Dr. Ben Calem. He is kind of and considerate. I dont think there is a better dentist anywhere. Dionne is just the best.
I had a fantastic experience at Medford Periodontics with Dr. Calem and his team. I was not looking forward to the procedure, but from day one, they made me feel comfortable, relaxed and well cared for. The patience, professionalism and bedside manner I received could not have been better. The entire staff took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and they made my experience as easy as possible. Outstanding experience and truly outstanding people.
