Such an incredible experience dealing with Jamie! He was very professional both when he came to check out what was going on and when replacing the doors. I have already recommended him to my neighbour. I highly suggest anyone with garage door issues or looking at replacing them call Canadoor and ask for Jamie! They look so fresh compared to the old ones and oh my, so quiet and smooth when closing and opening both doors. Thanks again Jamie for such an amazing experience!
I had the pleasure of both Dawson and Emilie come to my home today to fix my garage door. From talking to the extremely pleasant lady who booked my appointment yesterday, to the phone call from Dawson who let me know what time they would arrive, it was great. Kaleb was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful! (He even offered to buy me a coffee from Tim's on his way to my house) He gave a thorough explanation of how the garage door functions, proper maintenance, and even was able to reset the door code on the exterior panel. I've never owned a home with a garage so it was nice to not feel talked down to in any way while learning about the door. Excellent experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The garage door looks fantastic its quiet, and the opener includes a camera and an app for convenience to view at any time! They cleaned up and left no trace that they were there. Highly recommend 👌 I especially appreciated the text message before arrival with a picture of the associate and a little background on who they were. Great addition for safety so you know they are from Canadoor. Thank you so much
