Such an incredible experience dealing with Jamie! He was very professional both when he came to check out what was going on and when replacing the doors. I have already recommended him to my neighbour. I highly suggest anyone with garage door issues or looking at replacing them call Canadoor and ask for Jamie! Exceptional service and professionalism. Garage door would not close due to issue with the track. Right from the receptionist Irene being very welcoming and quick to get in touch with the technician and provide emergent / urgent repair on the weekend, I was highly impressed with this company. Excellent experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The garage door looks fantastic its quiet, and the opener includes a camera and an app for convenience to view at any time! They cleaned up and left no trace that they were there. Highly recommend 👌 I especially appreciated the text message before arrival with a picture of the associate and a little background on who they were. Amazing customers service. My job needed some custom work. They were here 12hrs finished the job. it made such a difference to the appearance of our home. I would absolutely have them back and always use Canadoor for my future projects
