Very disappointing experience at Canadian Vascular Laboratories in Thornhill. We arrived just 5 minutes late for an ultrasound with a woman in her 80s, who is also a stroke patient and has no transportation of her own. The staff refused to see her, showed no compassion, and the admin staff provided no alternatives or options. This unnecessary rigidity has now postponed her follow-up visit with her doctor, potentially delaying important care. I booked an appointment for my dad at 4:00 PM. We arrived early — at 3:52 PM — after driving for a whole hour to get to the clinic. Despite that, we were refused service, and the receptionist spoke to us rudely and disrespectfully. We were on time, yet no effort was made to help us. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. It was a very upsetting experience, especially when it involves the health of an elderly person. After this, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Extremely poor service.
Great. Fast and they do a thorough ultrasound. Always in time.
