RecommendedExcellent seating, great acoustics, Facilities were very clean, pricing was fair. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and spacious areas for parking. Also very closely located to hotels.👍🏼🇨🇦
Recommendedparking situation sucks and lines for everything are slow....but it is to be expected. service however....I came to an event on crutches after surgery and they brought a wheel chair and wheeled my to my section, stopping at the concessions so my boyfriend could purchase some items..... with the volume of people they guys have to deal with, I am pretty impressed

Bought 4 tickets to Sens game March 7. Section 105 Row R. Avoid this area. Very cold air blowing down on us entire game. Way too cold - even with coats and gloves on. Very uncomfortable and ruined our night out. Maybe it is a new cost savings strategy as this has not happened at previous events.
RecommendedOn the whole, I do recommend Canadian Tire Centre, but it's frustrating that the only way I can give feedback is to answer "Yes" or "No" as to whether I recommend the CTC. My quibble is regarding a wasted trip out to the building expecting the box office to be open to talk to a rep face to face. I checked the CTC website which seemed to be specific as to the hours. I wondered if Family Day was an exception but wasn't listed, so...The webmaster may wish to take another look at the information provided and update accordingly.
Parking set up is terrible. Paid for parking in lot 4 but the turning lane was blocked had to go a block down and turn around. No signs on Terry Fox indicating where the centre is.
Horrible experience! Paid for parking at a sens game this week, while at the game our car was broken into, window was smashed. When my husband went back in to talk to security they said it’s happening a lot and there were others that night that also had their cars broken into. I’m sorry if it’s happening a lot why is there not security out there! Why aren’t your customers being told?? We pay for parking to have a secure location and now we have to pay another $300 to have the window replaced. And of course no one can contact... read more
