There's been a lot of questions about why they aren't selling out at games, etc. I was there Sunday afternoon for Stars on Ice. I have a mobility disability. I went in gate 3. My seat was in section 116. I followed the numbers going up from 106. I get to 111 and I'm told it's the Bell Club area. I said okay I just want to get to 116. I have a cane so it's pretty obvious I have a disability. I was told NO I could not pass through and to go back the long way around. After an incident that happened in section 311 on April 15, 2017 , I will never go back there again. I made a complaint asking that they call me and they never returned my call. Very disappointed. And they wonder why they are not selling tickets!

my seat did not exist. Section 228 row c. Does not have a SEAT 10! Bathrooms are horrible. Every ladies room layout is a different capacity. Some have massive line ups for only 8 cubicles. Walk further along concourse and near 227 was a much larger fast moving turn around. Waste paper basket is against wall in middle of line. You have to wash your hands in COLD water then walk back Lean into lineup to dispose of your paper!
