Overpriced & Inexperienced ~
Absolutely terrible service. 3 staff standing behind the counter chit chatting to eachother as 2 customers are standing there for 10 minutes not even being acknowledged. Walked out - Won't be back. No wonder they're slow.
The service centre is so great and specifically Sarah at the front desk who is efficient, helpful and personable. Amazing customer experience!
