Pump went overnight in -15c weather. The awesome team in Burnside went above and beyond to get us the needed parts on a Saturday,as the warehouse is not open on the weekends. Thank you.
Edit: We heard from Nigel at Canadian Spa Company. He was able to get a local technician out to us the next day to replace the pump. This likely prevented everything from freezing as it got pretty cold. It has been a few days and everything is working well - thanks Nigel! I purchased a refurbished Cambridge Spa, from Canadian Spa Company, Burnside location. This is my first spa, and Alan and the team answered all my questions and concerns, and were very helpful throughout the process. The spa is working amazingly, and my family and I absolutely love it!
