We have had our Toronto hot tub for 5 years, and loved every minute of it! The staff are helpful, generous and knowledgeable with all our rookie mistakes setting up and running our first hot tub, and continue to support us. They are not the cheapest company, but the quality of the product, parts and chemicals is excellent and if you want a trouble-free hot tub, this is the company for you!
Year long review of my canadian spa company Cambridge and dealings with Dave F. And the staff at canadian spa company. Hot tub has performed trouble free for the last year.. Matt Brewer is not only a great salesperson but a huge asset to your team. His customer service did not stop after the sale, truly above & beyond. He helped us purchase our first hot tub, and unfortunately we've had some issues to deal with afterwards. Your call center customer service could use some improvement, but where they fell through, Matt while also engaging Stephen and Chuck to fix things, more than made up for their shortcomings.
