So my wife and I went into Canadian spa co in burnside a month ish ago looking for a spa we met with Allen talked to him showed us a few spas one being refurbished we talked about it were told it was the pump that was fixed we went ahead with it as we know a few techs through the family they said it wouldn’t be an issue but at the time Allen could not provide the paperwork stating what was refurbished and that it was tested properly that he would get it to us. We have had our Toronto hot tub for 5 years, and loved every minute of it! The staff are helpful, generous and knowledgeable with all our rookie mistakes setting up and running our first hot tub, and continue to support us. They are not the cheapest company, but the quality of the product, parts and chemicals is excellent and if you want a trouble-free hot tub, this is the company for you!
