I have used Canadian ski passes for almost 20 years now with no issue. This year I had an issue where I could not use my passes while on vacation at Mont Tremblant resort . I emailed then called Canadian ski council and dealt David ,customer experience manager ,who answered the telephone. He was very quick at resolving my issue and was able to use the passes that I had paid for. Thanks so much for your quick action and resolution. I and my family will continue to support your great promotions offered. 👍
Have used the Canadian Ski Council for years and always found them excellent. One year I visited 10 different mountains in BC, mostly using their day passes. Excellent product!

Use at your own risk. Just pray that you don't need any sort of customer service. I was accused of foul play when trying to be reimbursed when trying to be compensated for a pass I could not use due to Covid ski hill shut downs. David was particularly rude. Seriously some of the worst service I have ever encountered.
