Use at your own risk. Just pray that you don't need any sort of customer service. I was accused of foul play when trying to be reimbursed when trying to be compensated for a pass I could not use due to Covid ski hill shut downs. David was particularly rude. Seriously some of the worst service I have ever encountered.
Did a great job of promoting skiing in Ontario and Quebec this season. Was a very rough season due to the lack of snow in southern Ontario and the warm weather. The Canadian Ski Council did offer further discounts on passes to bolster lift ticket sales and promoting people to go out skiing and snowboarding. Hopefully next year more mountains can be added to the list for all levels.
Purchased their transferable lift tickets and emailed a few to a friend who never received them. The trip is coming up right away. I asked customer service at least 5 times now to return them to me (they are not activated in any way) so I can activate the tickets for my friend instead as an associate skier under my account. The customer service rep name Hayley Pinchbeck is particularly making this difficult. Asking me to wait for 7 days and the tickets will return back to me if they are not activated! L'idée de la passe 4e et 5e année est bonne. Toutefois, les stations au Québec ne participent pas. Lors de l'achat, on nous faisait miroiter une liste de stations qui s'avère être fausse. Ceci frôle l'arnaque!
