Best septic company in Victoria. Shawn and another gentleman were very professional and pleasant to work with. They came to our site to do assessment and took time to educate and explain to us our options, pros and cons. Very knowledgeable and patient to listen to our needs. They are very responsive, came to our site the Monday after I contacted them and will have my septic filing ready next week. Highly recommended
Kelly and his team are fantastic!!!!! If you have any septic, sewage or wastewater problems, these guys will sort you out. Professional and very knowledgeable.
I had them decommission an old septic tank and connect me to the city sewer system. They came up with a good plan, hydrovacced the path to ensure that no utilities would be damaged, filled in the old tank and connected me to the city sewer line. Everything was inspected by the city and is all good to go. I'm happy with the results and would easily recommend them.

I was pleased with this years Maintenance of my onsite sewage system, which as usual, was done by CSSI, who installed my septic system in 2017. Stephen, and later Kelly, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Strangely, this yearly maintenance service was not included in their "Select all that apply" services. So that is why I had to choose 'Service not listed".
