I had two workers through CMHA North Bay who were genuinely great people, but unfortunately they seemed very restricted by what their management would allow them to do. My biggest issue was not the individual workers, but the lack of meaningful support and resources available through the organization. I tried to access their addiction program because I was struggling to get sober on my own, but I was told I did not meet the level of addiction required for the program.
