Great experiance from start to finish, booked appointment this morning for the replacement of both springs, Brigitte assurred me they would show up between 1PM - 3PM. Kevin showed up early and job was completed by noon. Awesome service.
Change my old genie garage door opener with chamberlain one. Kevin is awesome and he did outstanding job. He went out of his way to install new garage door and explained me everything very nicely.
One of the springs broke on our garage door on a Thursday, right before a long weekend. They were able to send someone the next afternoon! Kevin was professional, got the job done quickly, and even replaced our bent garage latch. Also gave advice on how to prolong the life of the new springs, and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving.
One of my garage door springs broke and I called Canadian Door Doctor late in the business day. Brigitte was very kind, gave me an accurate estimate and an appointment for the next day. Kevin arrived early. He was polite, respectful of my property, completed the job in just over a half hour and removed all debris and broken parts from the job site. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.
