Charging over $300 just to come and take a look is ridiculous. At the very least, the inspection should be free or reasonably priced. If repairs are needed, that's when they should charge. This makes no sense.
Calling out and exposing the young blonde lady driver that was up my rear all the way down Dorchester Rd in Niagara Falls to the lights at Lundy's Lane. Pulls up beside me, she is on the phone and driving your company truck. Bad representation for your company. Probably one of your daughters or a girlfriend and not a worker. I have used them multiple times, each time they come, tell me it’s fixed and then it’s broken again days later for my sliding doors. This time was particularly frustrating as I’ve spent thousands of dollars now trying to fix my front sliding doors correctly.
