Always have an excellent experience here. Stuff is super friendly and professional. I always feel welcomed and taken cared of.
This is my third time donating blood at this location, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The front desk staff are welcoming, and the nurses who assisted with my blood donation were kind and professional. The procedure was quick, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The staff who provided snacks were also attentive, making sure that donors received what they needed. I have no complaints about any of my visits—truly excellent service overall
Donated here on Canadian Thanksgiving, my second Canadian donation. The phlebotomists are excellent and very nice people. Kumbaya atmosphere. Go Jays! Edited 12/9. Third 490ml O neg Canadian blood baby delivered by Janis, who has rock steady hands and is the epitome of phlebotomy. This pint is a banger, and Janis is my all time fave phlebotomist.
