Always a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable for newbies, salty and sweet snacks and water/juice hydrating.
Donated here on Canadian Thanksgiving, my second Canadian donation. The phlebotomists are excellent and very nice people. Kumbaya atmosphere. Go Jays!

I am not the type of person that would like to leave negative reviews. However the experience that I had received at this location I do not wish upon anyone else and wish the staff would exercise more care when dealing with a potential donor. At the beginning, I was somewhat excited to contribute for a good cause. However after being turned away 4 times without a successful donation, I am both discouraged and no longer interested in making future donations if it is really going to be this difficult. 1st time - walked in, was... read more
10/10 Experience, would be stabbed and bleed here again. All the workers deserve a raise because tbh it made the whole experience pretty smooth.
