I was told that Logan was coming to speak to me. She didn't appear. The other nurse on duty ( a Miss Franklin) left the room. Only Jomon attended to me, and made me feel welcome at the occasion of my last visit. Try to be a little more professional the rest of you.

Great service by everyone there seeing as their grand opening got off to a bit of a rocky start yesterday. There is still a lot of learning going on, but everyone is kind, professional, and friendly. I am just glad we have a whole blood donation clinic back in Lethbridge now.
This was my first time donating plasma, with my husband! Starting with the staff, you guys ARE AMAZING 🥰 the facilities are clean. It was a lovely experience! Thank you ❤️
