This was my regular donation centre. Staff were always friendly and helpful. If it is your first time, you get an “I’m new here sticker” and the staff will make sure to explain everything and ensure your experience is good. Lots of snacks and drinks to stay hydrated and recover. If you are unsure if you can donate, check out their website and you can call their helpline in advance and speak to a nurse if you have questions. This avoids going and not being able to donate.
Ignorant ancient nurse two years ago I just found out accused my daughter of having tracks on her arms. Veins and blackheads was what she was looking at. I hope she no longer works with people. Her bedside manner is less than adequate
