I was blown away by the professionalism and warmth of the staff at the blood services centre. From the initial welcome to the final farewell, I felt valued and supported throughout the blood donation process. The staff were highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step, making sure I was comfortable and informed. Shobana is the best! Came to this location from downtown after a very painful experience at the College location. At this locatipn, Shobana was so professional and gentle that I barely felt anything and the time flew by. Thank you Shobana for making me love donating blood again!
I usually have a tough time donating because my veins are hard to find, and I’ve had bad experiences before. But Thelma was amazing—she found my vein right away and made the whole process easy and painless. Super friendly and professional. Thank you, Thelma!
Staff is super nice and helpful, I had one blood donation and two plasma donations here, had a really good experience, and definitely would come back
