We would like to share that Jacob Gomes has been in consistent communication with us and has been following up on the maintenance requests we submitted. My family and I recently moved in, and with small children at home, safety is our top priority. Jacob has shown that he understands this and has been attentive in making sure our concerns are addressed. We appreciate his effort in helping us feel comfortable and supported in our new home. Living under capreit apartments is the worst choice ive ever made cap care does nothing even when they notify head office you never hear back even when there property is getting destroyed on a weekly bases by the same reports you been doing over and over again but why would i be surprised all they care about is money aka why there rents keep going up but still refuse to fix issues or follow bylaws in the city's they are in but if you wanna live in a building with roaches and ants and all over the property getting destroyed d... read more
