This place doesn't even deserve a star at all! You can't even LIVE here! All you do is pay rent and many other FEES! Judy is a theif and raises the rent/and whatever fees when they feel like it, and it's been raised since I've been here in two and a half years 4 times...if you'd like to spend at least $1,000 or more a month just to live in a dump with a bunch of drunks hanging around and running the place, your vehicles vandalized and your mobile being destroyed and broken into here, don't complain to the office, they will t... read more

This place sucks.The manager named Judy put my daughter out and said she had 48 hours to move.She has put 2 people out this week for calling police because gang breaking into their trailers. Her daughter Michelle runs front office and takes 2 hour lunches. Most most trashy place to live. Every afternoon cars are on wrong side of road to get all these children off buses and they will not move their cars. Don't move there.

It's a mobile home park, full to overcrowded with unruly children who are verging on becoming juvenile delinquents. Latch key kids with no supervision and lots of unsupervised time on their hands. A miserable existence. Needs to be bulldozed.
