We’ve dealt with this company for many years, I think at least 10 years. My Husband and I have boughten a few scooters each from them as well as accessories, batteries, etc. we’ve phoned them a few times when we gotten ourselves into difficulties. Throughout the years Neal has never once let us down in any way. I feel very comfortable in recommending Canada Scooters 100%. Very disappointing experience.

Update: January 2023: Happy Customer Got a new power chair today. Not really !!!!!! What did happen was I got a service done by a real professional technician named A.J. He picked up my power chair in the morning, gave it a complete check up including new ( used ) tires at a great price and checked it all over. When A.J. dropped it off in the afternoon, I quickly took it out for a test and I thought I was using a brand new power chair. Smooth as silk and clean as a whistle.
