Dont waste your time with these guys they low ball you then offer you more make you drive to airdrie and then low ball you back and say oh we cant do that price these guys are whole sellers now they just sell on open lane
Definitely an easy process. They give you a rate, all the info needed to sell the vehicle and precise location information. However, in my particular case even with all information disclosed before the emailed rate, at the delivery they came in 25% less. Felt like a bait and switch... especially since they said they wouldn't be able to resell it for more than this new offer and at the same time showing me the car fax listing it 10k over their offer. Waste of time. They were so promising to talk to on the phone, seemed like it would be an easy transaction. I drive out there to have my car looked at, and within 30seconds they were going against what they had previously offered and were scolding me for asking for a fair offer. Zero communication between those on the phone and making transactions. I ended up posting my car online and sold it to the first buyer for a fair price that same day.
Start talking with someone, you get pre-approved, send them everything they need and then they completely ghost you. Had to constantly reach out to the person I was dealing with to get answers and was constantly told “I’ll call this afternoon with an update” to then never receive a call. Gave up chasing them to try and make something happen.
