I signed up for more information and received a call from the company, but the representative I spoke with came across as passive-aggressive, judgmental, and even angry. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend this company based on this interaction. Better customer service training would greatly improve how they engage with potential customers.
This is a lead company that does not help in finding cheaper vehicle they will just give your information to the dealership that pays the most. I was hoping to have MORE car options when signing up but its just the same as looking at any dealers inventory or Car Guru. No special "Repo" deals in my experience.
This establishment is terrible, I filled out an application to get pre approved. I never gave them any personal information or the right to do a credit check. They succeeded in putting it in the very fine print, and a day later my credit had a hard inquiry on it after. I have been told by numerous finance managers that this is a scheme they pull all the time. Be warned, do not submit any info to this company.
Worst vehicle experience. Paid 30000 for a 2014 Toyota Sienna that supposedly had 104000 km on it. It apparently had a full mechanical inspection however they clearly overlooked every important issue there was. We bought in January. By time summer comes around we found out air conditioner did not work and because of how difficult it is to access on these vehicles cost me $2200. Speedometer does not work accurate over 110 km.
