Do NOT use this company. Complete waste of time. Just like the other reviews posted they say one thing on the phone and it's completely different when you show up. I mentioned what I was looking for and if it wasn't close I would not come in. I drive 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back to spend 3 minutes with the vehicle appraiser to put on this great comment about how they blow away dealers trade in numbers. This is NOT true!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They don't deliver on what's promised and truly struggle to get enough leads to fulfill everyone's orders. It's unfortunate.
Waste of time.... House of cars is 100 times better than these folks.

Waste of time. They were so promising to talk to on the phone, seemed like it would be an easy transaction. I drive out there to have my car looked at, and within 30seconds they were going against what they had previously offered and were scolding me for asking for a fair offer. Zero communication between those on the phone and making transactions. I endings up posting my car online and sold it to the first buyer for a fair price that same day.
