Waste of time. They were so promising to talk to on the phone, seemed like it would be an easy transaction. I drive out there to have my car looked at, and within 30seconds they were going against what they had previously offered and were scolding me for asking for a fair offer. Zero communication between those on the phone and making transactions. I endings up posting my car online and sold it to the first buyer for a fair price that same day.
With over 605 credit and income they come back at me with. We found a dealer for you but they want $4000 down. Lmao $4000? But first it was because of the credit. Then all the dealers they had checking my credit score made it go down significantly. Then they said they will fight with management to make it right and…. Boom , ghosted us. Tried contacting them multiple times. Bad business I don’t not recommend them.
Total scam – avoid this place at all costs. I was promised a fair and competitive offer for my vehicle over the phone. After confirming multiple times and being assured it would be worth my time, I drove 1.5 hours to this dealership, loaded my children in the car and had my husband drive in his vehicle as well. Once I got there, the story changed completely. They inspected my car and then gave me a ridiculously low-ball offer—thousands less than what we had discussed. Thieves. Horrific experience. Make sure you receive payment prior to selling your vehicle and handing it over to these scammers. They literally took my friends vehicle and now are refusing to pay her saying she needs to again provide all the info on the car that she no longer has because they took it from her…. Amazed that this place is even in business but the regulations in this city are too loose. Do not come here unless you want your vehicle stolen.
