Had a referral appointment at 9:15am, didn't see the doctor till 10:20am, why even make an appointment this early? Even if there was a communication issue over the phone I could've been told the correct time when I arrived far too early. Doctor Refaei was great and helped figure out my issue.
Place is incredibly slow. Had an appointment at 9:15am. Didnt get put into a room until 9:40am. Still sat in the room waiting for a doctor another 25 minutes later. If you get a referral from a doctor to go here, ask to be referred elsewhere.
