I would give zero stars if I could. I used to be a patient here before my practitioner moved to a different clinic. If I want to book an appointment now, I get redirected to an AI assistant who cannot help with anything. If it transfers me to the receptionist, they ask me to leave a voicemail. If they do get back to you, which will take more than a week, you will meet the most rude receptionist ever. I think Doctor Phan is a good doctor however I'd actually have to have a follow up to confirm that. My introduction appointment was delayed over an hour, and I'm still waiting for my two week follow up 8 weeks later. Let's see if my mid March appointment holds up or if they'll decide to bump me again a week before it.
Look else where. I've called over & over again & they do not return calls & they never once have answered the phone when I've called
They don't return calls for hours. Bad to patients. The girl at the front is rude. I quit that bogus clinic. Should be shut down. We don't need that crop in our neighborhood. Get out
I moved here from St. Catharines and since Canada clinics is directly across from me, looked into getting a doctor there. I got Dr.Phan. he is a wonderful doctor who pays attention to everything. I say. I have had no issues whatsoever and the reception has been wonderful at the receptionist desk as well. I am so glad I found you guys!!!
