Very bad customer service
My vehicle was hit in the parking lot on April 29th, 2025 between 7 AM - 4 PM. No answer from anyone from IMPARK
I called Impark number 18779096199 to agent Diwakar for monthly parking - he lost the information after filling up and then I had to do tell him again and when asked the reference number he was so loud and when I requested to repeat - he was just angry and shouting me back ,... Such a poor customer service
