The absolute worst experience trying to rent an apartment. Our money was taken then we were ghosted after being asked to pay several months in advance. She then stopped replying to our text for a status update and never called our references.
While searching for a home to rent just looking around rep from this location ask for my annual income and my credit score which was not including my wife’s income quickly states oh credit needs to be over 650 then quickly says oh there is additional unit that I’m not allowed to rent out which I understand and advised that we have family that visit us for maybe a week at most and up front says oh well they can only visit for a few days very unprofessional to assume not asking who else will be on application their information... read more
