I couldn't be happier with my new home! Adam and his whole team made this process super easy! There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever! I ordered the exact home that I wanted and was moved in in about 6 months. I had looked at several other manufacturers but the quality that Cana homes carries with the Fleetwood/Cavco series is world's better than any other option that I looked at. Cana has been amazing to work with. From the very beginning Adam has been available and ready to answer all our questions. They completed our project in very timely manner. The crew that came out was awesome, as well. Very friendly!
I can’t express enough how amazing Cana Homes is. We worked with multiple other people before (Clayton, Middletown, American, Etc.) all were great in their own ways. All were caring and attentive (obviously they want to sell homes) but Cana has surpassed them. Cana has been so thorough and helpful. When I came initially with a floor plan they were like “yep we can do a custom build!” Then when I started changing things they actually found the floor plan with one of their manufactures that I was mimicking! Mariah came through for us with our very problematic circumstances. It was a very long and bumpy road until that fateful day I contacted her and my faith was restored! Five stars is not enough ratings that she and her team of professionals deserve. She went above and beyond for us in ways money cant repay. We are located out of their delivery range yet they still brought our new home and the new start that comes with! Many thanks and blessings to Mariah and company.
