Joe may come off as abrasive under the wrong circumstances, but is a straightforward hard working man. Had the pleasure of meeting Isaac who came out to service our machine, was very respectful, focused and professional.

13 years ago (2012) I contacted Cana-Air to have a new furnace and air conditioner replaced. They had a reasonable price and good service. During the year I had a minor problem. Joe would always respond quickly and have my issue solved. They even had my aged water tank replaced before it started causing problems. All I can say is wow! What amazing service. I contacted Cana-air because I had a credit with One of their manufacturers And wanted to buy a heat pump. I spoke with Esther and she was incredible. Esther was extremely Knowledgable about what could be done, She knew all about the different Ontario rebates, and she knew the process and end. Excellent installation and service for a heatpump installed by Cana-Air. My son recommended this company to me. He had them install a heatpump, furnace, and instantanious water heater last summer. He had done an in depth research and comparisons of cost estimates as well as the installation process details from many companies.
