Extremely bad services Takes forever to have a service technician repair the unit
We recently upgraded our furnace (with humidifier and smart thermostat) and switched to a heat pump. Not only were Joe and his team extremely knowledgeable, their prices were much lower than going through the bigger companies. They did not pressure us whatsoever, they showed up on time and walked us through the entire rebate process answering all my questions. I received confirmation of the rebate within a week of the installation!! Extremely happy with their service and strongly recommend you give them a call!
Avoid this company at all cost. Reading their story on the website, you would think they are a small honest family business.... I was so wrong. I got a heat pump installed and it was very running well. When I called to bring up for service, they ignored my request and even wanted to charge me $100 for diagnostic. Found out later they forgot to plug things in and charge the system with refrigerant. When asked about any certification or licensing number, nothing was provided and no invoice was provided. The York heat pump is noisy and does not cool like a regular AC nor heat like gas. Just know that before you install one. Had I known, I would not have installed one. Disappointed with this install. Waiting for Joe to respond and will adjust this review accordingly.
Joe may come off as abrasive under the wrong circumstances, but is a straightforward hard working man. Had the pleasure of meeting Isaac who came out to service our machine, was very respectful, focused and professional.
