Avoid this company at all cost. Reading their story on the website, you would think they are a small honest family business.... I was so wrong. I got a heat pump installed and it was very running well. When I called to bring up for service, they ignored my request and even wanted to charge me $100 for diagnostic. Found out later they forgot to plug things in and charge the system with refrigerant. When asked about any certification or licensing number, nothing was provided and no invoice was provided. The York heat pump is noisy and does not cool like a regular AC nor heat like gas. Just know that before you install one. Had I known, I would not have installed one. Disappointed with this install. Waiting for Joe to respond and will adjust this review accordingly.
Joe may come off as abrasive under the wrong circumstances, but is a straightforward hard working man. Had the pleasure of meeting Isaac who came out to service our machine, was very respectful, focused and professional.

13 years ago (2012) I contacted Cana-Air to have a new furnace and air conditioner replaced. They had a reasonable price and good service. During the year I had a minor problem. Joe would always respond quickly and have my issue solved. They even had my aged water tank replaced before it started causing problems. Last week my son's house AC unit stopped working, without hesitation I called Joe again. Due to the age of the unit we decided to replace the unit with a new one.
