I missed the bus so I had to call them to find out why I missed the bus when I showed up on time. So expensive ride from Uber it was
This company allows their drivers to do what they want. One kept driving up to my back bumper trying to force me to turn on a NO TURN stoplight. When the light went green I barely made it out of their way but caused me to scrape my wheel against the curb. I sent a complaint and they showed no interest in trying to help. I was literally told that nothing was going to be done because it was too much work and they had no time to look into it.
Decent service, but bus 216 has a really mean old lady driver (I used the service in the evening), who straight up hollered at me just because I was visibly excited about the game store I was going to. Definitely not autism-friendly (I have Aspurger's syndrome), and should be looked into. The bus ride itself was fairly decent, it was safe, but that particular driver is not a nice person. The other drivers are also OK.
