Lived at CampusOne my first year at UofT and safe to say it was an awful experience. To start, everything in this building is always broken. There are 4 elevators in the building yet there always seems to be 2 down at all times. I lived on the 25th floor and wait times for the elevators were atrocious. Just to get to my floor alone took around 15 minutes. You can't even take the stairs up because they have a one-way door going down on the second floor. Also, every time you want to enter or leave the building you have to go t... read more

If you're considering CampusOne, read this carefully. I lived here for multiple years — not by choice: Noise & Privacy: Co-shared units have zero sound insulation. You can hear roommates whisper and yawn due to shared vents and paper-thin walls. You can hear everything in hallways, and you can hear when your upstairs neighbor drops anything on the floor or scooches their chair. Ventilation & Temperature Control: Communal floor kitchen smells spread throughout the floor (incl. rooms). Ventilation is poor. From October–May, yo... read more

CampusOne is a complete scam. While it may look appealing at first glance, I advise all first year students to stay clear from this place. Firstly, with a staggering cost of $2000+ for a single ROOM in a shared apartment, you’d expect everything to be a least functional, but this is not the case. Upon moving in, my dorm was not cleaned. The previous resident’s stuff had been piled and left everywhere with trash all over the floor, I had to call management over 4 times to come clear it out. (I will include a picture) Say good... read more

Try your best to avoid Campus One. Price is high and services are not up to the standard. Elevator is not working most the time, and I stay in 22nd floor, lol. NO heat in winter for extended period of time. Washers and dryers are always dirty and being in use, even at 2am. Food quality is horrible and has little to no value, they always provide deep fried, oily and salty food, with very limited, yellowish and funny taste salad to choose from. Spring and summer meal plan only serves breakfast in the morning and it costs you o... read more
