The management here is HORRIBLE!!! They will say one thing and then totally take it back and say they never said that. They are unwilling to help and compromise with problems. The apartments are not the greatest. We had so many problems with our AC it almost never worked even after getting maintenance out there a few times. But the reason I hate this place so much is because of management. I do not recommend living here!
I am updating my review at the end of my time living at Campus Way. Awesome complex. I have loved living here. The vibe and atmosphere is awesome and always so friendly. I love how clean and put together things are. And the candy and drinks in the office are an AWESOME perk. It’s great to live here:)
I just moved in yesterday, so I'm still a campus way n00b, but my experience has been great so far! The house is super clean, the check in was really quick and simple, and my roommates are so nice so far!! There were a couple of things that needed to get fixed in the house so I reported them this morning and already got an email saying that someone will be coming to fix them tomorrow. So far, so good, folks!
Management is great! They are so good with communication and maintenance. Events all the time too with food! (For all you poor college students). Love it!
Moved in a few days ago and they were very helpful with questions i had. Staff was friendly and willing to help.
The management here is amazing. They will go out of their way to make sure you are having the best experience possible. The complexes are newly renovated and super close to BYU campus. I would recommend living here :))
Honestly so impressed with how much this complex has improved in this last year. I know management changed and they suddenly have updated everything, added a gym, new rec center and amenities, new washers/dryers, etc. Management works hard to fix any inconveniences in the renovation process. Killer deal too, especially for all the new renovations they have done. 5 stars all the way.
