Stay away! They promise a lot and don't deliver. They are NOT dorms so no rules are enforced. If you have a bad roommate they can't do anything unless you involve the police. Walls are thin you hear EVERYTHING! The electric has to be in one persons name, try getting $ from 3 college kids you don't know. The whole building smells like a cross between air freshener and weed. Cheaper places on Elmwood.
