Do not live here. Management is horrible. The rooms are not worth the money. When something breaks I hope you don't want t fixed because it will not be fixed. Forget getting your deposit back even if you don't stay there.
Extremely disappointed with management, had no serious issue living there but they definitely took half of my deposit. They will charge you for things and tell you that the charge the "actual amount" and in fact they do not. If you plan on cleaning your apartment inside out on move in day expect not to get your deposit back! And than they tell you to contact them for any issues yet when you do no manger is around!
Absolutely horrible. Management is awful. Our AC was broken on move in day and it took the several days to fix it. Just got my security deposit back and extremely disappointed (again). Our blinds randomly broke about a month into our lease and we told the office multiple times and we got a $70 deduction (all 4 of us). The management only cared about money and not taking care of the people who pay a ridiculously rent every month. ($600+) I do not recommend Campus View student housing to any Dmacc student.
