Good place! I've lived here for a year and I plan on living here a year more.
By far the best option for anyone looking for off campus housing. Close location, fun activities, and great variety of units. I've never had a problem living here for 3 years compared to friends of mine who payed twice as much to live somewhere else with more issues. Living at CV was one of the best choices I've made at Grand Valley.
I love living at Campus View! It is a super friendly community with many great amenities, such as a 24 hour clubhouse, a pool and 2 hot tubs. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. My neighbors are great and the community as a whole is just a wonderful place to live.
The cottages are, in my opinion, the nicest places to live at GVSU. The CV2GV bus is very convenient and the driver, PJ, is extremely nice!
Such a great community, welcoming and makes you feel at home!
The shuttle has made my life so much easier!!! Love all they have to offer and they work really well with you!
Wanted to let future applicants be aware the property manager Ben and his staff are accepting application fees for apartment styles that are not available. It is the equivalent of stealing when you accept a fee for something you don't have...
Perfect location, apartments, and easy to meet new people with all of the events they host!
