Love it here at campus view. Staff is very kind and helpful. Ask for Blake- he’s really good. They have the lowest prices of all the off campus options.. plus they have 2 hot tubs that go year round. Campus view is the place to be.
If you want to pay an outrageous amount of money to get woken up every day at 7 am by construction outside your window, your yard covered in mud, then have the office not care or do anything to compensate or help, then live here!!!!!!!
The apartments are always so clean and spacious. The clubhouse has many activities and everyone is super friendly
Campus View is a great GVSU off campus option. I have been living here for two years and plan on staying longer. The monthly rates are hard to beat in the area for all the provided services. On top of that, it is very easy to meet new people as CV is truly a community (just as they advertise). It's a little bit quieter on weekends than other apartment complexes which is great if you are not trying to stay up super late. It's a little on the expensive side but their townhomes are very spacious and nice. I love the CV2GV bus it's super helpful. If you ever have to go to the office avoid Jenny. She kept screwing up my friends app and wasn't very nice about it. Other than that it's honestly a good place to live
