Extremely over priced for what is offered, management is poor, RAs and managment believe they can enter your residence without 24 hour notice (going against the lease). Although it is apartment living, you are still babysat by the management. They bribe residents for positive reviews, though most are not true at all. I have really enjoyed living here. I love the student atmosphere and the location. It’s very convenient being so close to the Ankeny DMACC campus. Also, I appreciate that furniture, electric, water, and other utilities are included in my rent!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The office isn’t always open set hours. I have a hard time getting packages because of the office never being open when it’s supposed to be. Rent is over priced for what you get. Not impressed with maintenance either.
Management sucked bad when I lived there last year. It’s ridiculously expensive 450$ for a bedroom you share with someone else. They constantly were watching cameras to see who was coming and going from your apartment and if you had alcohol and you weren’t 21 they would threaten you with a fine. They would also threaten to raise rent (which would break the lease agreement rent price) because of a garbage issue in the parking lot. Would not recommend. If you’re looking for a place to party just hang out here.
campus town looks really nice but its mostly full of problems and people who dont wanna be here youll be over charged and probably kept up at night
campus town is the best place to live and you don't have to be a dmacc student to live here. they have the best staff and they also throw great events i wouldn't move out
