Campus Town is terrible. I was in an abusive relationship with the person I shared a lease with and Kelly the manager told me she couldn’t help me and I had two options 1. Stay and pay 2. Move out and still pay until my lease is up. This place is a joke and completely overpriced. Would not recommend to anyone.
This is the worst place to live, the manager Kelly is a drunk and has no idea what she is doing and never there but can find her at the local pub. Keep your young adults away from there she will only make it worse for you and your young adult.
What a joke!!!! I took my daughter there to tour and Kelly the Manager came in and we asked for a tour and she told us she was too busy as her owner would not let her hiring anybody and she was leaving and asked us to go and she locked the office and left. We stood there in surprise and left and toured others in the Ankeny.
