I've been a patient their probably a dozen times in the last 15 years. The nurses and the staff are very pleasant, polite and help you with the registration. Go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable and staying with you. Then you go into surgery and then the surgery team, the person who does the Anastasia will go over what he/she will be doing. My mom had cararact surgery on one the first eye. I was very skeptical and worried at first, but everyone is really nice and accomodating. The best thing was that my mom raved on how the surgery went, she said, "they took care of me like a princess". They made sure she was comfortable, they really considered her vertigo, and she was very happy about the surgery.
From arrival to discharge was efficient and without issues. It's was a great experience.
Intake and recovery process were exceptional. Personal care and staff members were professional, attentive to your needs throughout the whole surgery process.
