I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment at UNC Campus Smiles, and I will share my final thoughts and experiences once the treatment is complete.
I've only had great experiences at Campus Smiles. From front desk to hygienists to dentists, they are friendly and always answer all my questions. On multiple occasions I have needed them to squeeze me in for a same day appointment and they have been able to. Specifically, Spata, who works at the front desk is amazing and always works with me to get an appointment as soon as possible for emergency procedures.

Front desk attitude is not good Appointment time means nothing Made the patient wait for over 20 min and still don’t know what time to let the patient in And told the new patient “you will just have to wait if there is 30 min more because it is a doctor office” the front desk and the office didn’t respect patient’s time The dentist/nurse are rude when checking your mouth and they are impatient
Fantastic experience! I arrived like 45 minutes early, and I was told I probably wouldn’t be seen until my scheduled time (which is what I expected so I didn’t mind at all), but they got me in like 30 minutes early. I shamefully have not been to the dentist in about four years and was nervous that the cleaning would be rough, but Minjee was amazing. She cleaned my teeth gently but super thoroughly, x-rays went smoothly, and she’s so so sweet. The doctor was also very prompt and very nice. I’m excited for my next appointment!
