RecommendedAwesome Customer Service. My daughter's scooter had an issue. I messaged them on FB before they opened. They replied within minutes. Arranged to pick up her scooter while she was in class and had it back to her the next day. Being that I live out of state it was comforting to know that she is in good hands with Campus Scooters.
