I want express don't ever rent here it maybe cheep but also a covid-19 infested apartment best be aware if niegbors hate you will call child service on you if your kids don't play with theres. Land lord Lori kennard threatens you with stupid stuff when you pay rent & makes you think you doing wrong when neighborhood kids beat the shit out of my kids which have already taped the parents saying it's okay. I wish I could not give any stars, because I have never dealt with such an unkind, rude, and dishonest human as Lori Kennard, she speaks to degrade me as if I was not a person or have any feelings. 2 weeks ago, Lori left us a note stating that after our contract expired (august 31st) if we did not sign another year lease, we would automatically move to renting month to month. After speaking with Lori on the phone in regards to the note she said that we would not be able to rent month to month because that did not work for them. We then had 4 days to pack up and move out. Honestly you could not find a more dishonest person in the entire state of Utah. When we signed with her she told us that out of the $300 deposit $100 dollars was non-refundable, which is pretty standard. But she promised that the other $200 dollars would be returned. Well after we left we were expecting a $200 check, what we got was simply the most unbelievable act of connivery you could possibly imagine. She is the worst. I rented an apartment from her; the apartment was NOT clean when I got there. I have to clean it myself; A month before my lease was up, I called her to sign up another lease for 6 months. She told me that at the end of the month we could just sign it, not a bit deal; I trusted her but nevertheless, she had an issue with my dog. Lori was fantastic! I know many here have stated otherwise, but she does have to deal with many entitled kids who choose not to live BYU standards, or have respect for their roommates. Lori went our of her way to let us repaint the house, even buying the paint and supplies. She always quickly responded to problems, and even worked with a number of tenants who had special needs. I had to deal with Lori for about a year and it was a nightmare! The house was not clean when we got there and she never sent anyone to clean it after we told her about it. She took forever to fix a problem (missing burners, installing swamp coolers, installing missing blinders, clogged pipes) and when she answered the phone (very rare occasions) she was extremely rude. Lori, who is the property manager, is very rude, disrespectful, and sometimes belligerent. You can speak very calmly and rationally and she will get very, very angry at you. If you want a property manager that will talk to you like a person and not someone she's doing a huge favor by letting you live on the property, take your money and sanity elsewhere.

I had inquired about renting a place and Lauri who I had contacted was extremely rude over the phone. I also had to contact her though her personal phone since she never seems to be in her office.
