Have had my nearly new 2024 LEAF about a month now after trading in my 2016 on it, which I had previously bought from Campus. The sales associate Rome was awesome with his low pressure technique and complete knowledge of the electric cars. Got a great deal on this low mileage car too. Todd in finance, took the time to fully explain our warranty. Thanks guys. Would recommend Campus Nissan for sure to anybody.
We bought a 2024 Nissan Rouge Platinum from Campus Nissan and we have had nothing but problems since the start. The infotainment system has never worked right, and goes blank often, Most importantly, it was driven less than 6 months before the engine blew and the transmission was shot. It has now been in the shop for over 3 months with no end in sight. . . We have tried to work with campus Nissan and their attitude is too bad, so sad . . Campus Nissan sold us a brand new lemon. Shame on you Campus Nissan!
Just had my Titan XD in there for service, all they did was an oil change and some lubrication. They did not follow the vendors recommended services, like fuel filter replacement, coolant replacement and the such. They also didn't tell me about it, I had to look up what's required. Bad service, not returning to them.
Pleasant experience at Campus Nissan with Curtis, as my wife and I were searching to switch vehicles. They took care of our old vehicle and made the process of switching into a new vehicle easy. Happy with our new Nissan Kicks!
Considering replacing a 2016 LEAF, we casually visited Campus Nissan one Friday afternoon to look at a 2025 Ariya and ask about a 2026 LEAF. Curtis welcomed us on the lot but didn’t push while answering our numerous questions. Though we hadn’t planned to, we decided to test drive the Ariya.
