When my phone randomly crashed, they worked for hours and tried everything to get it to work! Had to do a factory wipe, but I had everything backed up so it was no problem. They know their customers are poor college kids, and they are considerate; they don't overcharge or try to take advantage of their customers. Great place, would definitely recommend!

Phone wasn't reacting to any commands, could not even see the battery icon because it was dead too. Went in for a fix and got it they got it to work in under 20 minutes. Highly recommended for any phone or laptop problems!
