This place raised rent and utilities after moving in, has unannounced monthly inspections, and won't give you any warning as to when they're repairing the parking lot and will tow your car without any hesitation. Don't reccomend this place, look somewhere else.
TLDR, Campus Lodge management is predatory, sneaky, and unethical. Live somewhere else if you don't want to deal with surprise fines, damage to your property, etc... To start, campus lodge is an affordable place to live, and generally, what you see is what you get. Utilities generally run about $50 in the spring and winter, and $60 in the summer.
