I lived here for two years and had an awful experience. I subleased from a girl who told me her rent was $425. I had a meeting with her and two managers, and the managers expressed to me that she got a discounted rent amount and that’s why it was $425, and since I was taking over the lease that’s what I would pay. Campus lodge is a joke it’s the worst place to live. I live on the first floor and have had multiple issues with mold. And I took them forever to clean it up. They refused to move me out of the apartment or give me discount it took them 2 months to get rid of the mold. They don’t care about your health only the money you are giving them to live there.
This place is an absolute joke. The wood floor isn't real and you better be able to live under multiple layers of coats and blankets to survive in the winter unless you want an outrageous utilities bill. Their utilities are absolutely ridiculous even if you barely have them on. Even their utilities partner commented there is no reason my utilities should be as high as it is. Several other residents have stated how their utilities have been ridiculously high when they have been home over breaks and how high they have been rec... read more

RecommendedGreat prices, amenities, and lodging. The leather and metal furnishings are great. For a California girl, this is like heaven for quality at a great price to rent. I haven't had any issues that have not been resolved. The staff and management have been really attentive in taking care of issues and concerns. The only downside is that there is no elevator so you have to use the stairs if you live on the second or third floor. Other than that, it has been really nice. Thanks, Campus Lodge.

This Lodge reminds me of a Colorado Resort. The aura here is awesome. I would recommend living here because it is very homey.
I had a horrible experience with Campus lodge and would NOT recommend them to anyone. I had multiple safety issues and campus lodge did nothing to rectify the safety concerns. They are also still hounding me about a bill that has already been paid in the agreed upon price. The staff is not helpful, and the overall property management company is unreachable and rude. I absolutely loathe this place and would not suggest it to anyone.
