I was having an issue with one of their branches, University Forest Apartments to be exact. The staff was far too lackadaisical to really help anyone. Myself and other residents had similar thoughts. Management was never in office, the RA’s were unhelpful/inexperienced and when I called corporate for assistance I kept getting passed around and pointed to dead ends. This place is horrible. I wish there was a zero to give them, my daughter want to attend UTSA and I am thinking hard about letting her go because of the experiences with University oaks. She is pumped and had a tour, but I will be the bearer of bad news and send her elsewhere. There lease said you have to be on military orders or dead to pretty much get out of it. It said having health conditions is not an excuse to get out of the lease.
