Decided to take my recently bought Q50 (pre-owned) to this Infiniti service centre to get some things fixed up from my pre purchase inspection. They found a leaking rear diff axle seal which wasn't specified on the PPI, sent me pictures, and recommended I fix it before changing fluids. Gabe was very understanding and gave his two cents - I should go back to the PPI mechanic and seek compensation.
