Just walked into my sons apartment - I am physically sick. A breeding ground of disease and no one has even moved on yet. No help from management. They should be ashamed of themselves
Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! Will tell you they did treatments/repairs and totally lie, my experience with Crystal anyway. They do not return phone calls about problems, specifically MICE, at least Jessica did not after 3 calls/messages. Will see if they do after a fourth. Then the staff tries to blame the problem on you. Also raises rent with "additional fees" and "additional fees". Totally takes advantage of these college kids because they can. If you don't have a car or are looking to stay close to campus, Campus Hill has apartments with incredible location. New management has been very responsive and consistent to me whenever there has been an issue. Great housing company
