I have had nothing but good experiences with campus health. Scheduling answers the phone pretty quickly and they usually have a variety of appointment times to work around classes. Dr. Hodges and NP Amy were both wonderful and super helpful. Nurses/MAs are super great as well.
I am deeply upset and angry at this place. My husband was under the care of a so called doctor there. He did not see him but twice and passed him down to a PA under him who neglected his medical issues. Through his My Chart there are several red flags that confirm this. As far as the PA You could never get up with her and we were always more confused when we left seeing her. Really disappointed. I had never been and am new to campus, I had trouble finding the building and was 12 minutes late, I asked if it was okay and they took me in. 40 minutes later someone comes into my room and says the doctor has moved on to other patients, and I could wait or leave, I asked how long and they couldn’t say. Waited 20 more minutes and walked out, still in pain and with no help or guidance. If I had missed the appointment they should not have taken me in. Had a GREAT experience with my psychiatrist for over a year! She was very helpful with getting me the right medication and actually displayed a sense of empathy and understanding during each and every one of my appointments. The regular physicians on the other hand were heartless and undeserving of such an important career. This “I’m so important and too busy for you” attitude benefits NO ONE. friendly staff, useless and even harmful treatment. You can do blood test, get antibiotics, vaccines and referrals here, but for any other need go somewhere else. If you must come here, double check everything the doctor says on google to make sure their advice and prescription is correct.
