I'm so sorry that for whatever reason they had to close this place. I came to UVic in 2021 and I was really happy that there was a barbershop on campus. I had to go to another barbershop after they closed and that didn't go really well. I hope they open up another barbershop somewhere around UVic 'cause I really need a decent place again! Simon was an incredible person and he was my first barber in Victoria, but based on what I heard the last time I went there, he passed a few months ago. RIP Simon 🙏 🕊
Where could we find Simon? He does such a great job
Just asked the barber for a trim and keep the hair shape... he went on to cut about 1 1/2 inches off my hair in the front in a perfectly straight line across my forehead. Then did the bare minimum everywhere else. I've never had a worse looking haircut.
Simon is an absolutely wonderful hairstylist who puts in an unparalleled amount of effort into his practice. He stays behind to finish everyone up and doesn't rush to get the job done.
